Fixing Course Progress on AccuEd Connect

Fixing Course Progress on AccuEd Connect

Course Progress is defined as what percentage of completion you have on your site. Keeping an accurate status of your Course Progress is important and without the correct information you may not be aware of your total training on the site. Below are steps you can take to find and fix your Course Progress.

  1. Click on the preferred course to be taken to the “Course Menu”.
  2. Once on the Course Menu, find the desired course and make sure that every course module has a full green line running along the bottom of the module and 100% next to the line.

InfoThe course is incomplete if any modules do not have the full green line and 100%.
IdeaIf completing the modules does not fix the issue, complete or redo the Quiz. (An 85% or higher on the Quiz is required to complete the module.)
Alert
Please note that skipping straight to and completing the quiz will not mark the module as completed. All module tabs and the quiz must be done for the module to be considered 100% complete.

If the steps above do not help you resolve this issue, contact support@accutrain.com for further assistance.
