Learner Course Progress is one of three ways an Administrators can keep an eye on the progress of training on their site. This Report tells you when the course has been started, finished, and how long it took to complete under each User.
Only Administrators and Report Managers can check on the training status of others.
1. Log onto AccuEd Connect.
2. Once logged in, find and select the “Reports” tab on the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side near the bottom of the screen. Five dropdowns will appear, click on “Learner Course Progress”.
3. At the top right on this screen you find the “Customize Report” button in the top left-hand corner.
4. Type in the full name of the user(s) in the search bar and click the “Run Report” button
5. The name of the searched User(s) will appear with a list of assigned courses. The Course Statuswill appearon the right sideof the screen. The time spent on each course andthe date each course was started will also be found there.
