How to get Learner Certificates
The way we verify that a Course has been completed is through Certificates. These Certificates show the date in which the course was completed, the User who did so and name of the Course. The instructions below will assist you gain access to them.

Please note that to print a certificate, the course must be completed in its entirety.
1. Log in to AccuEd Connect.
2. Located on the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen will be a tab that says "Training". Click on it.
3. Underneath the "Training" tab, you will find the "Courses" dropdown.
4. Find and select the completed Course that you would like a Certificate printed for.
5. Once inside the selected the Course, click on the Certificate Tab and make sure you have completed the Feedback response.
6. After the Course has been completed and the Feedback has been submitted you may view and print the Certificate.



Alternatively, you may have an Administrator of the site obtain certificates by taking these steps:
- Log in to AccuEd Connect.
- On the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen, near the bottom, the “Reports” tab will be visible. Click on it.
- Underneath the Reports tab, there should be several Dropdowns. Click on the fourth one that says “Learner Certificates”.
- After clicking on the Dropdown, click the Customize button on the top left side of the screen. Fill out information. (Name, Course, or Group)
- Once the information is filled out, click the "Run Report" button on the bottom right of the screen.
- A Certificate should appear with the User's name, the Course they completed, and the date the Course was completed.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, see an icon in the shape of a printer. Clicking this "Printer" icon will Print the Certificates.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find a button that says "Export". Selecting that will create a digital copy of the Certificate(s) through Excel or CSV.
