How to View Historical Learner Courses
Finding old training data for whatever the reason may be is important and we have made it possible after their training has been Reset.

Only Administrators can find and obtain Learner Certificates
1. Sign in to AccuEd Connect.
2. Look for “Reports” on the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen, Click on it.
3. Underneath the "Reports" tab, there should be several dropdowns. Click on the one that says “Historical Learner Courses.”
4. Click the Customize button on the top left side of the screen.
5. You can choose the time frame of the reports you want, ranging from the last seven days to the year to date.
6. Once the information is filled in, click the Run Report button on the bottom right of the screen.
7. You will see the User's name, the course's name, the date completed, and the completion status.
